Customer has Legend R6.1 with MLM007. There has been sporadic funkiness with the voicemail - ports locking up, won't work after reboot, etc. The problem now is that both during the day and with night service on callers pressing 0 never get to voicemail. Transfer to any other extension works fine. During the day if the operator doesn't answer it should go to her mailbox. At night, dial 0/timeout should go to the general mailbox. I rechecked all the programming. I even deleted and then added the operator back into the VM cover group. Both MB's exist and all programming (COS, etc) is correct. I can log into both but cannot be transferred to either via Auto Attendant or by an extension...just rings and rings. If I use selector code 9 instead of 0, I do get the Gen MB, however if I program 9 to go to the operator, I do not get her MB...again just rings and rings. Other than internal VM issues, I have no idea what the problem is. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!!
