Hi,

I'm trying to make a modification and change the settings on one connection and when I'm trying to click OK/save it I get "The operation could not be completed: Access is denied" (this on SQL Server 2005, MS Visual Studio(BIDS))

I searched the web and I found out people were saying to go under
- go to Project Properties
- go to the Debug tab
- uncheck "Enable the Visual Studio hosting process".

I can't see this option, I looked at all the Properties option and didn't find any place where I could Uncheck the "enable the visual ... " option.

I may be looking at the wrong place ... Any help would appreciate.

Thanks
Ed

the Test connection works fine.
I can create a brand new SSIS package, create my connection and save it and it will work fine. But I can edit an existing SSIS and save the modification to the connection.

I aslo tried deleting the connection in the existing SSIS and create a new one and I can't save it either ...
