We have OpenWorx version 3.0.0 installed and connected to an NEC NEAX2400 IPX PBX running release 15. We use the OpenWorx to provide the names for the calling extension for all telephones connected to the PBX. The problem we are experiencing is one of the entries in the OpenWorx database seems to be stuck to the point we can't change the name no matter what we do. We have tried to delete the record completely and rebuild the user in the system with no positive results. All other records in the database work as expected allowing us to change the names as needed.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
