Opentext Redirect URL

Hai

We are using Opentext for document management.
Each document has a unique URL to access it. When we access this URL (we use WSL - Web Single Logon) the document's URL is getting changed to something else when redirected through WSL after user logs in. But if user is already logged in, document opens fine when clicked on URL. Did anyone face similar issue?

Can you provide some before and after examples ? There are many reasons within and outside Livelink why this could happen.

Is your WSL in-house developed or a commercial product? I've had to put a Livelink server behind SiteMinder before and that seemed to handle the redirect quite well. My guess would be that your WSL is not passing on the original url parameters in its redirect after authentication.
