Opentext Everywhere does not sing in on ipad

Hi all,

I was giving a try to OT Everywhre on my ipad but I could not sign in.

I double check my credentials and I tried every thing with the server parameter ip, dns name, ip with http port, full url to ot but I could not get sign in.

If I enter trough safari I get a response (descarting network issues)

Any ideas of what could I do?

Hi,

after looking at your posting in otkb we can assume its not apples ssl issue. First thing which came into my mind when I read about that it works with safari: Did you use the proper url in everywhere? I ask because its not the ususal LL/CS url...

I tried many ways, here are some examples:

http://server:port/<ISS

APP>

http://server/<ISS

APP>/livelink.exe

http://server:port/

server
serverort

I also activate the web services folder in an application on my IIS and tried to use:

http://server:port/<IIS

APP>/Authentication.svc

http://server/<IIS

APP>/Authentication.svc

I tried to use the dns name and ip for the server.

Any other ideas?
