hello tech250
it may be a good idea to confirm that the DTU line card that the phone is connected to is running the correct firmware.
For Openstage support it should be......
1SBA50405AAA ENU 08-03
as a minimum
wondering how to check?
Log into to the system, locate the physical address of the circuit that is running the phone using the following commands ( as an example extn number 1234) :
LEX 1234 (return)
should get a printout that has the physical address in it like :
EN2261 DI061713 CS08 TA12 MOH 000
BE BI RE RI 2671
FWD FROM 2118
MEMBER CC 003
MEMBER PG 020
now key in the LIMP command followed by the physical address of the phone:
LIMP 061713 ( shelf 6 slot 17 logical cct 13 - ie access 7 'a' channel)
should get and output like this :
DTU V05.0 = this is the firmware version on the card, should be 08 - xx
optiPoint 500 advance MP00.20
ID 86.A0.E5.27
BLF KM00.04
DSS KM00.04

Hi,
The self labling keys of the OpenStage 40T phone will not work on the Siemens HiPath DX (iSDX).
From the HiPath DX Electronic Publication:
"Note: Although the OpenStage 40T can be used on the HiPath DX, the DTU card to which it connects cannot support SLK operation. It is therefore only available for special orders where an OpenStage phone with a headset capability is required.
From Ver. 10 the OpenStage 30T is available. This has a headset capability."
