OpenStage 40 HFA is unable to boot the application

Hi,

I have OpenStage 40 HFA and when I connect it the screen shows this

SLBL : 1.0.1.5
BOOT : SP291_MCH_U_BOOT_081128

Booting Application ...

(see the attached image)
then it restarted and the same screen appeared and so on.
How can I solve this problem?

That is a newer version than I have!! I downloaded it yesterday. I also downloaded the release notes but that file apparently didn't take. I'll try again later - it might have been my end.

The latest on the customer support portal is DERT V1 DEVICE EMERGENCY RESCUE TOOL V1 DERT V1 (V1 R0.5.0). This was released in March. Haven't tried it yet, but will definitely download it for when I do need it.
