Openstage 20 Sip firmware

I have a Siemens OpenStage 20 hfa and i need to turn it into a sip phone in order to work with the new equpment delivered by our provider.
Can anyone please help me
I can't find the firmware anywhere and i am stuck with some old analog phones.

Or is there a specific method to flash the sip firmware?

I would access the phone on your LAN using

https://ip_address_of_phone

Setup an FTP server on your laptop/desktop on the same LAN
Temporarily turn off windows firewall.
Tell the phone where the FTP server is and the file that it needs to download, also the username/password to access your FTP server.
Tell the phone to download the firmware.
