Our IP phones are connected to Openscape4000 V.8 and modules are stmix, stmi4, stmi2. Mainly configured on STMIX.

What type of problems do you have with displaying
the Cyrillic alphabet?
As a rule, Cyrillic support is embedded
in the board's loadware.
Are there such problems on OS40SIP
that are connected to STMI2?

Thanks for replying, on system using "HOT-Non Latin Display" added PERSI-name on subscriber number by Russian Cyrillic. Openstage 40 SIP phone didn't recognize Cyrillic name. Upgraded twice phone sw, but nothing changed

Which firmware version is installed on OS 40?
I program names using Comwin. In the settings of Comwin
there is an option to support the Cyrillic alphabet.

First firmware was OS40 V3.r3.9.0 then upgraded to V3.R4.10.4.
About Comwin, now used Comwin Version 5.0.138.0
and module is STMIX, (Q2343-x)

V2R2.41.0 is connected to STMI2 and it has been working for more
than 12 years on HP4K V7
