Hello Buddies,
1. Is it possible to connect Openstage phones (e.g. Openstage40 IP) to Openscape Xpert?
2. which touchable console (e.g. touchable PC or Tablet) is suitable for OpenScape Xpert client software?
3. Is the standard server (e.g. DELL or HP ...) with NCUI4 card on remote shelves limits the use of EVM cards? In other word, is it possible to use EVM card on remote shelf with standard server?
4. Which would you recommend for OS4K? ECO server or standard server? and Why?

Hi.
1. Acc. to Openstage HFA & SIP telephones release notes (compatibility matrix - supported HW) Openscape Xpert is not supported.
2. Thunderbook Tablet with Windows 10.
3. EVM - is related to Entry VoiceMail or ? No ideea.
4. It depends on customer needs, architecture, resources. I think a sales tech or architect could tell.

Dear adibv,
3. I mean E&M not EVM, Sorry.
Thank you for your answers.

3.
I don't think there is a restriction on using E&M card on remote shelf with standard server.
Some things to consider on E&M cards:

Q2292-x100 new board of E&M TMEW2

The trunk module for E&M world (TMEW2) board provides four tie-line connections (4-wire type I E&M signaling).
The TMEW2 has the following analog trunk interface functions:
TYPE 1, 2, 1A, DC5 E & M signalling and Low level supervision

With the H4k V4 the TMEMW board (Q2092) will be replaced by the TMEW2 board (Q2292-x100).
In H4k V8, TMEMUS with PART Number Q2469-X is replaced by E&M TMEW2 card on remote shelf with standard server.

#1 - From the Xpert Service Manual V6 - issue 5:
Shared line events from non OpenScape Xpert clients (normal SIP phones, e.g.
OpenStages) using the same lines as the Xpert system are indicated on the Turret
GUI. These events are signaled towards the OSX Clients by the MLC the same
way as OSX line events. The MLA functionality is hidden from the OpenScape
Xpert Clients and is handled completely in the MLC.
From OpenScape Xpert V5 R0.2.0 on, the functionality of the OpenScape Xpert
V4R6.4 was re-implemented. The MLC appears as a keyset, with one Primary
Keyset (prime line) and maximum 30 secondary lines (secondary lines can be
phantom lines, or prime lines of different devices).
Direct line registration to the same PBX from a keyset MLC is not supported. One
MLC can have just one Primary Keyset line (prime line)

#2 - Why not use the OpenStage Xpert 6010p? Otherwise they have tested the Shuttle PC DS77U3 and it does work with the USB Analog Adapter and various models of ELO touchscreens. (with OpenScape Xpert V6) This is also referenced in the documentation as the "InCoTel PC" or OSXpert Client Box.

#4 - Release notes for V6 R1.8.0 indicate compatibility with the following:
OpenScape 4000 server V7 R2.24 & V8 R1.19
OpenScape Voice V8 R1.49 & V9 R4.38

LoPath
Maintain HiPath 4000 V5 & V6, OpenScape Xpert V4 & V6, OpenScape Xpressions V7, OpenScape Contact Center V8, OpenScape Voice V9
