OpenScape Deployment Service V7, Please help 2

Hello, such a group, I am in need of your help in order to make OpenScape Deployment Service V7 work.

I have followed the guide of

to install the SQL and also the installation of the DLS but I can't find any equipment. if someone can guide me on what may be wrong.


should this capture in database not be with SQL?

I also attach a document that I did the time I made it work but now it does not work


The truth is that I do not know what I am doing wrong, I have reinstalled it like 10 times to the program trying different configurations, but nothing

Before we go down the rabbit hole.... it sounds like the DLS is working, but you're just not finding any equipment? There's some initial setup you have to do in order for the DLS to start discovering equipment. Start in the section IP Devices > IP Device Interaction > Scan IP Devices. Add an entry here to scan the IP range of your devices. Make sure you check the box for "Send DLS Address". Once you've build that, save it and hit "Scan IP Devices". Check the boxes for "Scan IP Devices" and "Register IP Devices". If you're not familiar with Autoconfiguration or AutoDeployment, then don't check those boxes! Hit OK and watch it go. Flip over to the Scan Results tab and hit refresh to see the results.

Hello, thanks for answering, that is the problem that I have when I look for the computers in the network, it cannot find them, before if I found it (attached image),

but the program expired, since not having a license lasts 90 days only , and now when I re-install it doesn't find any equipment, so I don't know what it could be,


What I did see is that the HFA computers, in DLS I have the IP of the current exchange, but when I run the program with a range of computers, the DLS of that range changes to the IP of the server where the OpenScape Deployment Service is.

The DLS IP should be your deployment server IP. They are the same thing. The "scan" section only shows new devices. The ones already scanned should show up under the IP Device Configuration section. Just select a section and hit search to see all devices.

Is this a TLS negotiation problem? It looks like your phones respond to the contact-me but the TLS looks wrong, your phones are talking TLS 1.2 and the DLS is using 1.0.

How old is your DLS? You install MS SQL but the DLS swapped from MS SQL to Postgres some time ago.

I would install the latest DLS and try again. Last time I installed it I used KV 527.02, that was last month, so you want some version around there.

Install is just next next next.. you probably don't need to install dcmp unless you want to reach phones through nat/internet etc. If everything is intranet, don't tick it.

Uninstall your old DLS completely first, and remove all the MS SQL components. Setup from this DLS will intall postgres instead.

I've had that once before, I was in a hurry so just installed it on a different Windows box and it worked, so I don't know the cause of it. Permissions or missing prerequisite, I don't know. I think when I looked for that file, it was there.
