Openscape Contact Center Enterprise Client install

Looking for help with issue installing the Openscape Contact Center Enterprise desktop client. We have installed over 50 pc's with this newest version using the same files but have a NEW pc that is getting a "product mode mismatch between the client and contact server. Contact admin to update client installation" error. Tried uninstall and reinstall but same error. PC is on network and can ping contact server. In the past newer version installed on pc would get this if the server has not been upgraded but this is not the case. Any help appreciated. Thanks
 
Check to be sure the firewall is not enabled on the new PC or there is some change in antivirus or antimalware software on the PC that is interfering. A firewall will not usually block a ping unless effort was made, but some of the OSCC software uses a variety of ports for connections. Does the new PC have the same OS as the other ones that work? For example, is the new one Win 10 and the old ones Win 7 or 8? Not everything is happy with Win 10 yet. Assuming you have a CLA/CLM license server somewhere, can the new PC communicate with that?

They got working. They are using imaged hard drives which has caused issues in past. thanks
