Looking for help with issue installing the Openscape Contact Center Enterprise desktop client. We have installed over 50 pc's with this newest version using the same files but have a NEW pc that is getting a "product mode mismatch between the client and contact server. Contact admin to update client installation" error. Tried uninstall and reinstall but same error. PC is on network and can ping contact server. In the past newer version installed on pc would get this if the server has not been upgraded but this is not the case. Any help appreciated. Thanks
