Unfortunately it is not possible to dial the same CO without the PIN code. Actually, it is possible but it would be a mess for the users to understand.
There are 2 solutions in this case:
- Get rid of the PIN and block the calls by COS (1 to 15)
- If you cannot get rid of the PIN, keep it for everybody and duplicate the LCR, creating another CO to access these new dial rules and leave it without PIN.
I think the 2nd solution would be better. For example, if the other extensions need to dial "9"+"PIN"+"number", you could create the same LCR with "0" or another digit instead of "9" to initiate the call. Then, you leave these dial rules without the necessity of a PIN just keeping a high COS (i.e. 15) and just the Polycom would have access to it. The Polycom user would dial "0"+"number".
I hope that my explanation was clear, it's hard to explain without showing how to configure.
