Openscape Business DID digit manipulation

Hello all,

I need to manipulate (drop) digits sent by the carrier to match internal extension for DID. Pretty easy on Cisco and Avaya, but I can't find where they do it on OSB. (looked though the Web admin and Manager E).

There is a column in OSB which gives the DID / DDI number to be associated with that extension.
Have you located that ?

We ended up doing a re-import of all the stations at it worked first try. There must have been some issue on the first import.

Now we have an issue with MyPortal to go and iPhone... new thread time.
