OpenScape Biz Auto Attendant incoming calls issue

Hello Friends,

I am having a minor issue with auto attendant configured on OS Biz v2 x8 system. Auto Attendant is working perfectly fine, I have reserved 2 ports for it, it does receive and forwards calls as normal.


Problem I am facing is if someone calls in and disconnect the call immediately, call is still forwarded to operator and will ring for long time. I wonder if someone here can be help to rectify this issue.
Call should be disconnected immediately if someone calls in and call is answered by the auto attendant, if caller decided to drop the call it shouldn't be forwarded to operator and disconnected straight away.

There is a default ring time of VM
system doesn't understand the caller disconnect the callonce voicemail port activated,it rings till its default time and disconnect.

is there any option that I can change the time of ring for VM?
