Hi,
We have OSK4K V7 and want to create an LDAP phonebook. How to configure PBX and CSTA for EasyLookUp I know, but do not know how to create an LDAP phonebook. The phone network is stand-alone with Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2. The server only has DLS and FTP servers. How to create a phonebook that works with LDAP on this server? What applications to use?

I have no clue what "Index out of range" warning means.
As I wrote above: "check LAN firewall for ports and Assistant firewall for LDAP server,DLS,FTP IP entries "
If possible, make a test with a different device type, other than OpenScape Desk Phone IP55G HFA (OpenStage HFA,TDM ...) to be sure that isssue is not telephone device type related.
If still not working ... I'm out of ideas.

Yes, yes, yes .... it works !!!!!!
I’ve always experimented with my phone, but today I tried with another phone and everything works.
I also configured my phone correctly.
Now I still have to fix the phonebook fields, but later I will want to consult a few more nuances .... if possible :)

Ok. I have already organized the Active Directory data.
Now the question:
Is there any way to move or save all contacts from Corporate to Personal Phonebook? I would like to see all contacts in alphabetical order, not just the last contact I searched for.

Did yo check "OpenScape Desk Phone IP 55G User Guide" ?

Copying entries to the local phonebook
You can copy contacts from the company-wide phonebook into your personal phonebook.
Press the key as often as required until the "Corporate" (LDAP) tab is active.
Select the required entry from the list, e.g. Hans Meier.
Select the softkey to confirm.
The entry is copied with all details into the personalphonebook.
The "Contact created" message appears.

Check also:

And:
"OpenScape Desk Phone IP HFA V3 Administrator Documentation" manual.

I know this way. But would like to move the whole list at once. I have over 1000 subscribers and many of them are very capricious :)

You cannot have a list with 1000 subscribers.
The personal phonebook is restricted to 100 entries (again ! read carefully manuals first !)
Anyway, AFAIK is not possible to make a bulk import for the whole list.

Regarding the number of entries in the Local phonebook, I found the following information:

Well, that doesn’t change anything anyway. I thought it wasn't possible to put all the contacts at once, but I thought maybe I didn't know any secret ways :)
Anyway, many thanks for the help in activating the LDAP service!!!!!!

You are right, my bad :) . 100 entries is for 35G and 1000 for 55G.
Glad I could help.
