OpenScape 4000 Internal Call CDR

Hello All, Can you help me

As we know that the Hicom / HiPath / OpenScape 4000 not have send CDR which an internal call is not answered.
Could you have any experience in this if we need internal call CDR record which no answered call too ?
(Extension <=> Extension, Operator <=> Extension)
Also External <=> Extension no answered if possible.

sorry i know my question not related directly to the topic but i very glad to get help from professionals, can i get CDR during ringing to send this record to CRM application is this applicable in HiPath 4000 V5

Answer is no - you can't generate a CDR record during ringing.
