All you’ve said is ‘server can not run’.

Very difficult to know what’s wrong from that sentence.

No power? Does it boot?
Does it boot linux but fail to start openais service (which also controls the display)?
Is it in a reboot loop?
Does it boot and freeze?

You should connect a monitor and keyboard to give yourself a better idea of what’s happening. Does it ping?

You may need a node recovery from the other node.

No power? = no power is ok
Does it boot? = yes
Does it boot linux but fail to start openais service (which also controls the display)? = dont know
Is it in a reboot loop? = dont know
Does it boot and freeze? = dont know

As per your guidance we are connect system with monitor , And seen system starting some process but at the end give some error like network vmtoolsd boot.kdump, and not getting any ip ping from system.
thanks

if you can't login to the OS from a console session (attached keyboard) and you can't ping it, and you are sure the network connections are OK, then it sounds like OS is corrupted and it's not worth the pain to chase the problem. Just reinstall the OS.

You need to login to node 1 via ssh and confirm that the install file in /var/opt/firstinstall contains the correct configuration for node 2. Then browse to the portal GUI which will be running on node 1 and go to Maintenance, Replace Node. If you click "Start replacement server" it starts a DHCP server on the Corosync port. If you then reboot node 2 (and BIOS is configured correctly, boot from network first), and keep the monitor connected, you will see node 2 boot from node 1, and it will download the XML config, OS install kit, and reinstall itself. There is no impact to node 1 while this is happening, you can do it on a live site.

@ Moriendi

thanks for your suggetion

we are try in our lab because we dont want to disturb node 1

we are trying to install os through bootable pendrive with xml file, but system give arror this file run only in ecoserver/dsxc server ,and standerd server is no longur support .

it is possible to this server run as simplex mode. if yes then suggest plz how to do.

That sounds like you have the new Ecoserver2 (updated hardware) and you don’t have at least platform hotfix 6 on the pen drive (in /hotfixes) The new hardware requires drivers which are included from HF6.

The whole purpose of the node replacement feature is to make it fast and easy to repair a duplex system - to avoid this messing around with lab and pen drives - and you are not using it.

FYI
The part numbers on the sticker on front of the Processor:

Original Version of EcoServer: P/N S30122-K7754-X
New Version EcoServer 2 P/N: S30122-K7760-X
