As far as I know, the only application which will open an nsf file is Lotus Notes. I hope someone else knows more than I do and can give you another answer, but I doubt it.
I agree, the only program that I know that will open .NSF files is Lotus Notes. I have open a few in a hex editor and the first few bytes are always the same, you may want to check yours out with a hex editor before downloading LN. The bytes are : 1A00 0004 0000 2900 0000 - as I said, these always seem to be the same in my databases.
