I have been asked to refine our church's database (MS Access 2000). The current report shows the donations made by individual parishioners with one parishioner per page (unless it overflows to a second page).

To find "John Doe's" individual report, the entire report needs to be searched, page by page. The main form of the database provides the personal details of each parishioner. I'd like to create a button that will open up the report specific to that person.

Can anyone tell me how to filter the report so when it opens, it only shows the parishioner who's record is current in the 'Main Form'?
