Opening a Secure Access Database in VB5

I'm Desining a Symple system to Read and Write to a Secure Access Database in VB5 But there Seems to be no way of Securing the Database in Access and still being able to open it in VB can anyone help. thanks.

Set mDBPIS = db.OpenDatabase("\PIS.MDB", False, False, "MS Access;PWD=philip")<br>
