Hello,
I was wondering how you can open a new procomm window with Aspect script? I need to have a program that telnets into the host site, checks which remotes are placing ISDN calls to the host, then open a new procomm window and check if the remotes are up on frame ckt and if they are disconnect the ISDN call.
My problem is I can't get procomm to open a second window so I can telnet into the remotes while still being connected to the host in the first window.
Thank you for your help
Peter

If you have all of the telnet entries in the Connection Directory, then you could use the run command to launch Procomm and the correct entry, which would be in a separate window. The command line format would be:

PW5 CONNECT TELNET "site"

where site is replaced by the Connection Directory entry exactly as it appears.
