Opening a form in outlook

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone could help me with this problem. When i try to open a form from within outlook i get the following error message.

"The form you selected could not be displayed. Failed to start the expression service. The expression service might not be installed. This problem may be resolved by using detect and repair on the help menu or by re running the office 2003 setup".

I have tried both suggestion in the message but to no avail

Any other suggestions ?

Do you have the BCM installed? If so, try removing it from your profile and see if the error goes away.

You'll have to excue my ignorance on that one. What is BCM ?
