Hi,
I have a directory filled with files that have no file extensions that I have copied over from linux. Every time I want to open one the application dialog box opens and I have to manually choose Wordpad. Without file extensions I don't even have the option to make it sticky. They are merely text files that can be opened in Wordpad. Can I set Wordpad to be the default application for that directory or do I have to attach file extensions to all the files (100's)? If so, is there a batch command that will accomplish this?
tia,
