Hi all,

I've a PC that has OpenText Explorer installed, in fact I've got lots of them. On one PC the OpenText Explorer add in doesn't appear. It's fine in word though. The Live Link service is running and I can browse live link from the Outlook Tree pane but the OpenText Explorer tab just isn't there.

Ive checked in case the add in isn't enabled but it's not listed at all. I've uninstalled Open Text EXplorer and reinstalled- no joy. I@ve uninstalled and re-installed Outlook and still no joy.

Has anyone seen anything like this?

Thanks

R

Somtimes you have to manually add the livelink mapi data file in outlook. Look under "account settings" >> Data Files Tab >> click Add >> You should see something like "Open Text Explorer Mapi service
