open scape XML error

hi every body.
can any body help me solve this massge om the XML file.

It's as it says - You need an ECO Server or a DSCXL Processor to use an RTM either in Duplex or Simplex mode.

What system are you trying to setup ?
Are you using fixed IP addresses ?
Have you setup this before ?

HELLO SBCSU

I am trying to set up a simplex system
I AM using fix ip addresses
I did so msny systems simplex and duplex I never had like this error
old ECO SERVER named with ( openscape 4000 eco server ) but this named ( open scape eco server )
is there any thing changed in the set up.

What version of 'XML Config File Generator' are you using ?

It identifies an ecoserver as a standard server? And so tells you you can’t have an rtm (in a standard server)?

Do you have an Ecoserver2 but are using an RLC without hotfixes, which doesn’t recognise the Eco2?
