In QXP6.0 for Windows, when trying to open a recent document via the Open menu (File List preference) there are often two names listed for the same document, one in all lower case and one in u/lc as the file is actually named. At least one of them ALWAYS results in the "file not found" prompt. I cannot determine a pattern of which one works. Sometimes the lower case version, sometimes neither one! Does anyone else experience this? It never happened with earlier versions.

And what the f*ck happened to the user forums on the Quark Web site?! Their customer service has hit a new low.

Can't comment on the duplicate file name thing, but Quark took down its user forums when they released version 6. There's a note on the user resources page in the support section of Quark's web site that the forums are being restructured. The note also suggests that users check back from time to time for updates on their progress, though in five months Quark hasn't posted any.

So far my e-mails to Quark inquiring about the status of the forums have mostly gone unanswered. I did get an answer once but it gave no information that wasn't in the note I mentioned above, and since I had specifically cited that page in my inquiry I was not terribly impressed with the lengths they'd gone to to inform me.
