Open IE Browser and a box opens and asks me to select a skin file

I click on IE and a box opens.
It is titled, Select skin file, and it is looking for files of type - All skin files.

this is on one of our citrix servers. Whenever we access a browser off of this server it comes up.

I have looked everywhere I can think of and can't seem to find a way to remove it.

Can anyone help me?

Found it - It was a VIEWPOINT toolbar, had to deselect that.
