Open Http:\\ in Internet Explorer??

Hi

I want to open all my http links in Internt Explorer. But when I click on the link nothing happens, the colour of the link blue so the computer have recognice it as an Http link, but explorer will not open.

Any idees? I think the problem is in my profile, but Where can I change the setting..

the problem is you are using http:\\ and is http:// A+, MCP, CCNA

Nop, I doesn´n matter with prefix I use. I can change the setting so it works, but when I log ut and then log in again I get the same error..
 
I have seen this error when the DLL's for IE get un-registered. The easiest way to fix this is to reinstall IE on the affected computer.
You can re-register the DLL's but their file names escape me at the moment.
I will research and add additional information later.
