Open Home Folder Automatically

I mapped a Home Folder using a network drive for a user profile using server 2003 R2. The mapped drive shows up ok in My Computer when the user logs in.

How do I allow the Home folder to open automatically when the user logs in?

Put a link to the drive in the Startup folder?
