Hi There i am having problem in backingup some of CA product Logs. I am running ARCSERVE2000 with sp2, My client is WIN2K with a number of CA products , I can backup every thing execept TNGDTLA_TRACE.LOG . The ARCSERVE log error sounds like this "20010613 180642 8 AW0004 Failed to open file <C:\Inetpub\ RC=5, Access is denied. ".
