open file at 9 colcok

I want to open An Access 2000 file exactly at 9 oclock each morning.What can i switch in order to programme that ? I have heard that Windows is capable to manage that
but i dont know how

You sould use "Scheduled Tasks" under control pannel.
It's rather easy, but your PC must be turned on.
