open a .pdf file to a bookmark, from a WORD file ?

Hello.

I've been trying to figure out how to create a link in a WORD document that would open a .pdf file to a specific point (a bookmark or tag or whatever)

It's easy enough to just open the .PDF file, but the same syntax to open another WORD document to a specific bookmark doesn't work. The .PDF just opens to the begginning.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
 
Acrobat Reader does not expose itself as a VB client. When you manipulate word files, you are actually manipulating the Word Application. I'm afraid you can't do what you are after.

a bit huckory i know, but what about sending a series of sendkeys commands???

would that work??

i havent even begun to think about the code.
