I have a question about Business Objects XI. One of the issues we have here is that with CE9 the users see all of the instances that have been run for a report and we only want that user just to see their instances. Does Business Objects XI allow a user to only see their scheduled instances if desired?

Yes,
We use this functionality in a particular folder where users can schedule reports on demand - each user only sees their own instance(s).
You have to set Advanced permissions on the folder or individual report as required.
