Hi everyone,
Is it possible to format the text boxes on a report (populated by a query) to only be visible if the word in the text box is "yes"?

Sure. Look at the help files for conditional formatting.

Thanks for that - even though I have used conditional formatting in Excel for years, I hadn't realised it could be applied to Access !!!
