Only able to view a word document in print preview

Hi all,

I have a user who has created a word document and is sending out to users with office '95. She has saved it as a '95 document. When users then try to open the document they have nothing on the screen, - except for a really large cursor. however when they print preview the document they can see it clearly. I'm sure i'm missing the obvious here, - but please can someone help? Many thanks in advance........

I assume in the preliminary detective stage, you have tried page up to make sure you are not just in a blank area of the document. If this is true, try View > Page layout, or View > Normal to see if it was saved in Outline view, but has no styles that would show up in an outline.
