how do i add this person to the group who can dial out. legend release 7 and using win spm. no restrictions on this extension. from what i gathered, everything is the default setup. tia
If you have winspm, print the extension in question. That will show you where the restriction is. You can restrict outbound in a bunch of places on a Legend: Restristions, ARS Restristion, Disallowed List, Account Code.

the changes one were copied from an extension that was working properly, so that is correct. i'm not sure which extension the night service is on. but took a look at the operator, and its identical to the changes one. i think something is missing too.
