Does anyone know how to open an HTML page through a button on an oracle form and if yes >> what is the code for it cos I wana do an online help section for my project but I have no idea what is the code!

What type of form do you want the button on? Is it a form genereated by Developer 6i or is it a handcoded pl/sql form using the pl/sql web toolkit?

scotty7998 >> it's a button on a form made by form developer 6 or 6i. I don't think I will be uploading the help section on the Internet. I will just put it on HTML pages to be browsed offline >> same way like many progams such as Dreamweaver, etc...
