Ongoing acquisition of changed OLTP data in DW

I needed some help on the following scenario.

A DW already exists. Data is ETL-ed from the OLTP to DW. Let’s say we have got the customer data from various OLTP systems into the DW. At a later point in time, the profile of many customers change across the various OLTP systems and we need the DW to sync up so as to reflect the most updated profile of the customer as possible(Some time delay in sync-up is tolerable as that’s a characteristic of DW Loads and DW data states)

What are the various ways to acquire this changed customer data into the DW.

Note(s):
* I have cited “Customer” as an example. Actually in real world any data cuold change.
* Please discuss all possible ways involving any architectures - messaging bus, ETL tools, etc. We are open to push or pull - either ways. The driver is best practices and technological feasibility

Any help would go a long way in a successful implementation.
