Onex Portal - Find user password 2

HI,

A customer is complaining about issue with onex portal.

I would like to log in with his user, but the customer is not reachable for the moment and i don't know his onex portal password.
In the past a star revealer was working in the manager but it didn't work anymore.

I was able to export the user as xml with IPO Manager, in the user part i can see :

<userPassword>HEX:69267723433F3E3E</userPassword>
<commPassword>HEX:4743424241414141</commPassword>

I assume one of the 2 is the user password for onex portal.

Any idea how to convert/decript the password from HEX to Decimal ?

Use a 2.1 Manager, open the config offline and use your star reveiler, do NOT use that manager to change the system though

I've try to open a backup with manager 7, but i can't because the config is R10.

Do i need to be online ?

You need a very old manager to open a version 5 of higher config in offline mode..
Only the old manager does not check the real version of the config as the newer do.
In newer managers you cannot open a higher version config as the manager version.
