onex mobile

getting around to setting up iphones for onex mobile. firewall rules are setup and allowing 8444 and 5222. able to telnet just fine to the ports and show the traffic on the firewalls. i do show the following information on the onex servers logs:

one-X Portal 2013-05-14 01:02:24,242 ERROR UserProfile - com.avaya.inkaba.wssession.UserProfile.getProviderIDByDeviceID deviceID=311 switch = 192.168.1.51 UserConfiguration is NULL

one-X Portal 2013-05-14 01:02:44,316 ERROR ResourceManagerImpl - resourceGet() DAL getByID() returned null for resourceType=UserConfigurationRecord,resourceID 24.Does it exist?

one-X Portal 2013-05-14 01:02:47,391 ERROR UserProfile - com.avaya.inkaba.wssession.UserProfile.getProviderIDByDeviceID deviceID=311 switch = 192.168.1.51 UserConfiguration is NULL

the user at ext 311 is setup for onex and a power user but i must be missing something??

App states 'could not connect to server'

Verified credentials with onex web client. Show allowed traffic on firewall to onex server as well.

Check the option "One-X mobile client" for the user at mobility?
Giving the user a power user license is not enough.

correct. have that checked as well. any other thoughts?

Did you log in as Administrator on One-X Portal and see if there is a mobile number setup for the user in there?
Normally the user can do that but i have seen it fail once in a while.
If not set then set it, select the user and "put selected".
Did you set a FQDN where the client can connect to?

logged into 8080/onexportal-admin.html and couldn't locate the users mobile number....maybe i'm not looking in the correct location??

fqdn is working and client connects. onex server logs show:
