Hi All,
Thanks in advance for any help, as I feel I'm going round in circles
IPO Office 9.0.4 / VMPro 9.0.4 / 1XP 9.0.4 - All levels for 9.0.4
Licences - Power User
The 1XP mobile works fine expect when trying to use the VoIP app - registers and looks good but no Audio.
Can See clients registered via Monitior - SIP Phone status
Have 2 FQDN's what resolve correctly
onex.xxxxxxx.co.uk to external IP xxx.xxx.xxx.173 Ports forwared (5222,5269 & 8444) to 1XP LAN IP (xxx.xxx.xxx.1)
ipoffice.xxxxxx.co.uk to external IP xxx.xxx.xxx.173 Ports forwarded (5060, 5061 RTP Ranage 49152-49652 ) to IP Office LAN 1 IP (xxx.xxx.xxx.2)
IP Office LAN 1 and Voicemail/1XP Machine (Windows 2012R2) on same subnet
This happens both on local WIFI and external (home LAN and mobile network)
On the Mobile the phone once I make a call using the VoIP the remote IP (under details) I see the local IP of the IP Office both when on the local WIFI and remote (docs say this should then be the external IP (xxx.xxx.xxx.173) also the TX packet count increases but nothing on the RX
The external IP on the system LAN 1 TAB is correct and comes back when using STUN (xxx.xxx.xxx.173), SIP register and enbale remote SIP ticked.
When I make a call using the VoIP I hear ringing the other party answers but no audio either way (not one way transmission) both internal extension numbers (IP Phones) and external land line numbers
Have read and re-read the documents and can't see what if anything I'm doing wrong,(exception customer not using split DNS assume /belive this may have an issue when on the local LAN/WIFI but not external. Aware it screams that the RTP ports are blocked but customers has enabled these on the firewall.
Aware 9.0.4 not latest release of 9.0 have read release notes for other 9.0 levels but can't see that any have a fix for the issue I'm having
Thanks in advance - suspect my next step unless you guys have spotted something - is site visit to run wireshark between IP Office and LAN to see if I'm getting the RTP and transmitting RTP and to where.
