OneX Mobile online status.

Would anyone know why on my onex app that no phones show as available under contacts? I see a contact that says everyone that states 6/32 online but that's it. All the other contacts say offline. When I know they are.

You will see Only OneX user as online if they are. It has nothing to do with phone status.

Online as in talking on the phone?

Let me rephrase I have 6 users with onex running on there smart phones but they don't show online on my app under their contact name. I'm running 9.105 IPO

Online if the app is open and connected or OneX Portal is active or outlook plugin

Apps are open and connected but all contacts show as offline.

Create a XMPP group in IPO

So create an group named XMPP and add all the Onex Members?
