OneX Mobile Client - not getting SIP info

Any ideas, or has anyone run into this issue before? All of a sudden, getting a "HTTP status 500" error when the Mobile clients try to pull their sip-info. The im-info works fine.

What version ipoffice?
What version is the application?

R11 sp 4 - No feature pack (Version: 11.0.4.0.0 build 38)
Doesn't have to do with the application (although it's the recommended .222 android version)

I had the same issue with the latest version of one-x mobile with the .222 works fine.
