OneX Issues Server edition 10.1 cant delete voicemail's, and hunt groups membership. 1

Looking for a bit of application help please.

1. Cannot delete voicemail's from onex portal
I click on the message , click on delete, answer yes and the message stays
I put a check in the check box , click on delete, answer yes and the message stays

2. I am a member of two hunt groups, but they do not show in the Agent Control window.
When i first started to experiment I showed as being member of both hunt groups, but now It says Agent is not part of any hunt group.
Go back to the config and there I am as member of two hunt groups.

I've got the same probleme, It's impossible to delete voice message on one X portal.
Let me know if you find something, I'm still working on it

I got this problem fix by avaya.

i open a ticket and they had to recreate the one-x linux data base.

Assuming they're not group messages of course, which if you read the help you'll see can't be deleted by one-X Portal.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
