Hi Guys,

I have an Issue with OneX Portal and it not showing the name of the hunt group that is rung.

A call comes in and say rings "Sales." On the phone display its shows the hunt group name but, within OneX Portal it shows just the number and the name if in the directory.

HELP!!

On the incoming call route of the huntgroup, do you send it to VMPro first for a greeting wav?

One-X portal only shows the number and or name of the caller, no group info.
Quite stupid, but you can add a tag on the Incoming Call Route, that will show up, if it is any help.

Yeah, unfortunately we have the same problem :( I have literally searched for weeks thinking it was something we had configurated wrong in 1XP. Turns out this is not something 1XP is able to show.

We kinda solved it by adding a static value in VMPRO in the transfer step of the greeting module.

Properties of Transfer step, go to the Specific tab, and input the following in the source of transfer field:
Sales $CLI

Change the blue text to whatever you like.

Now incoming calls come with the text "Sales" in front of it. The downside of this solution is that you cannot call back anyone from the 1XP call log anymore (by clicking on it), because the system wont know what to do with those letters in front of the phonenumber :)

Unless you create a shortcode:
SC = SalesN
TN = N
Feature = dial

Change the blue text to whatever is needed

All these workarounds do work ofcourse but this should work by default.
It is no rocket science and this should work by default.
This is another little annoying thing where customer fall over.
How are we supposed to replace Phonemanager when One-X Portal cannot even show group names?

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

We just sold a 4 system SCN, the only reason they bought them was because Phone Manager still works, they thought OXP was shi1t for what it costs and the requirement for a server etc when considering PM is free

That's right Avaya free Phone Manager sells systems...amazing :)

I dont get it, mine shows the group Name without SC or any changes.

Tested internal and not external [spineyes]

Also this SC works, and you will be able to redial.

Code: *99N
Dial: Dial Extn
Feat: NZ"<huntgroup-name>"

If you dial *99XXX the display on the Phone show: huntgroup-name > huntgroup-name but on 1X it show the right info and
