What people I speak to want is an Avaya branded SIP softphone that also does what this app does, that we could sell, at the moment "it is just window dressing" to quote a few customers

I like the Andriod app more.
It is always a hassle to do something on an Iphone.
On the Android phone the app is inbetween.
I can dial form missed calls and it uses the app.
I cannot do that from the Iphone.

With the Android phone you do not need it as a sip client but it would be nice when it can do it so it works easier when you are in the office.

I agree a softphone would be more saleable. The problem I see with this is the presence. It is based on users with One-X Portal, and not just when people are actually on the phone, DND etc. Call control should be easier like it was on the old Windows client.

Problem there is we have only a handful of sites using OXP in anger!!!

I have used both and not a big fan.

One-X is not at a point where we push to sell it yet, it is not as stable as it needs to be to stop annoying people is the long and short of it, it's better than it was but the per user cost and requirement of a server etc make it an expensive soultion for the stability it offers and that doesn't currently match phone Manager, it will be a shame when that goes for sure :-(

We do sell it and i use it too.
It is not unstable, at least not for me.
I am running the C110 (UCM) and it runs fine for me.

Has anyone figured out how to put a picture on the app for iPhone? in android it is easy but i can not find a way with iPhone.

I downloaded and installed it yesterday. Interesting though. I leave myself a voicemail and nothing shows up. I can't see the list of VM's nor can I listen to any new ones. Anyone else having that issue?

I did have that problem until i got web voicemail running on the VM server and also got oneX to allow me to listen in my browser. once those worked i could use the app to see my VM and listen to them. also do you have mobile twinning enabled?
