We are running IPO and One-X Portal 9.1.10. There is an instance where one of our users is listed twice in the One-X system directory. Once with the correct extension and the other with another user's extension. The other user is also in the directory with her correct extension. If I go to Configuration > Users > Get All, the user is only listed once. If I go to Directory Integration > System Directory > type in his name, he pulls up twice. I've done a force resynchronization multiple times, but the user's incorrect instance won't disappear. I verified in IPO that he is only listed one time. I'm not sure how to remove the incorrect instance from the One-X directory. I haven't had a chance to reboot the server or IPO yet.
