OneX : conference bridge number is allocated to another user 1

Hi,

A user has an issue when logging into their one x portal. They get a message saying "conference bridge number is allocated to another user" does anyone know what this means and can help me fix?

Under settings in 1XP you can enter your conf bridge number. I assume it doesn't match the user's own extension number or another user entered the extension number of the user who gets that message.
